Welcome to Adjust the Adjuster™. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at devinvrana.com, our membership community, and any related content, programs, or services offered by Devin Vrana (“AtA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our site, joining our email list, purchasing a membership, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.
1. About Adjust the Adjuster™
Adjust the Adjuster™ is a membership community and movement for chiropractors — part community, part legacy archive, part revival. Our mission is to help chiropractors clear the internal interference that limits what they can give to their patients, families, and the profession.
The content, interviews, teachings, and community experiences within AtA are for educational and professional development purposes only. Nothing in our community constitutes legal, medical, financial, or business advice. You are a professional — and we treat you like one.
2. Eligibility
Our membership community is designed for:
- Licensed chiropractors (DCs)
- Chiropractic students
- Chiropractic assistants and team members (future expansion)
By joining, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally eligible to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access if we determine that someone does not meet these criteria or has violated these Terms.
3. Membership and Billing
Membership tiers:
- Standard Membership — $147/month: Full access to the AtA community, weekly interviews, content vault, live monthly Zoom, women’s section, and events list.
- Founding Member Rate — $97/month: Available only during the founding window (first 100–300 members). This rate is locked for the life of your membership as long as it remains active. If you cancel, the founding rate is not guaranteed upon reinstatement.
- Student Rate — $47/month: Available to current chiropractic students. This rate is permanent and never increases. Verification of student status may be required.
Billing: Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By enrolling, you authorize us (through Kajabi and its payment processors) to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change the Standard membership rate with at least 30 days’ notice. Founding and Student rates are subject to the terms described above and will not be increased for active members.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our content and community, we generally do not offer refunds after a billing period has begun. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at [hello@devinvrana.com] within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.
We care about the people in this community. If something goes wrong, reach out — we’d rather talk than lose a member who belongs here.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within Adjust the Adjuster™ — including but not limited to interviews, audio, video, written teachings, graphics, the Adjust the Adjuster™ name and logo, and ADIO-based frameworks — is the intellectual property of Devin Vrana and AtA, or is used with permission from our guests and contributors.
Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own professional development. You may not:
- Download, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission
- Share your login credentials or access with others
- Use AtA content in your own courses, programs, or commercial materials without written agreement
- Record or re-broadcast live sessions without prior written consent
Guest contributors retain the rights to their own words, stories, and teachings. We ask that members honor the vulnerability and generosity of every person who shows up at the campfire.
6. Community Standards
AtA exists to gather a sometimes divided profession around one fire. This only works if the space is safe, honest, and respectful.
By participating in the community, you agree to:
- Treat fellow members, guests, and staff with dignity and respect
- Engage in good faith — no trolling, harassment, or bad-faith attacks
- Keep private conversations within the community private
- Not spam, promote unrelated commercial products, or solicit members outside the community
- Contribute to a space that feels like a campfire — warm, real, and worth staying around
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community, without refund, for violating these standards or for conduct that we determine, at our discretion, is harmful to the community or the profession.
7. Disclaimers
Adjust the Adjuster™ provides educational and community content for chiropractors. It is not a substitute for professional licensing, continuing education requirements, legal counsel, financial advice, or clinical training.
Content shared by guests and members reflects their own experiences and perspectives. We do not endorse all views expressed within the community.
Results vary. AtA does not guarantee specific outcomes in your practice, income, or personal development.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Devin Vrana and Adjust the Adjuster™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our website, community, or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website and community may contain links to third-party websites, sponsor content, or affiliate products. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites. Any purchases or engagements you make with third parties are solely between you and them.
Our affiliate program allows members and partners to earn referral compensation for promoting AtA. We disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines.
10. Sponsorships
Beginning after launch, AtA may feature sponsors whose products or services are relevant to the chiropractic profession. Sponsored content will be clearly identified. AtA applies the Campfire Test to every sponsorship: if it scatters the community or compromises the integrity of the mission, it doesn’t belong here — regardless of the revenue.
11. Privacy
Your use of AtA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in [Your State].
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the site. Your continued use of AtA after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
